WTB: Starter Fly Rod for Child

I am looking to buy a fly rod for my 3 year old son. He is already a passionate little fisherman. If you possibly have a child specific rod, like the Echo "Gecko" or the Ross "Journey" Youth fly rod, that maybe your child has outgrown, I'd be interested. I would strongly suggest the echo geko. I bought one for my daughter. It really is a well designed rod. I lined it with a 5wt wf teeny first cast line. Casts very well, but you can really feel the rod load. The small handle is very nice. I really was surprised at how well the rod casts.

My 6 y/o and 7 1/2 y/o daughters each have echo gecko rods. These rods are fantastic, easy to load, easy to two hand and each has caught fish in the 18-20" range on those rods. Best of luck Dad!
