I've got a Caddis 8 foot pontoon boat that has been used one time on Dark Lake (really) and the shape it's in won't stretch that credibility wise. It has nice oars that as I recall were extra, this cost over $500 several years ago. It has been stored in a dry basement so there are no issues with it. No leaks the time I used it either. It's an easy to set up and use stable boat that is rated at something like 350 or 375 pounds. I weigh 240 and I figure it will hold a cooler and anchor plus my weight without any problem.
I liked it enough for practicing fly casting in the middle of the lake to the edges of the reeds that I promptly proceeded to buy a professional caliber 13 foot guide pontoon boat that's capable of running class four rapids. My wife and I use that when we aren't using our 16 foot Lowe for lake fishing.
It's listed on Craigslist for $250 and I've been holding firm on that, anybody on this site can have it for $200.
