AR Flow Increase

Bruce just left me a message saying the the flow is supposed to increase to 10K today.

I have heard it will go to 15k, I went over folsom yesterday and it was the highest i have ever seen. The shoreline was all green since the water was up to the trees. They had 3 gates wide open, it was an awesome site to see in June.
