My dad was up there this past weekend and he said the water levels around soda creek where extreamly high. Not even worth fishing yet.

I have fished the Upper Sac four days in the last week. While the water is high and there are not many fishable runs those that are fishable have been good. Mostly nymphing deeper runs with rubberlegs, Goldenstone nymphs, mayfly nymphs and small caddis nymphs. A few pinks, March Browns and PMD's coming off late morning, early afternoon but spotty dry flies, good if you run into it. You'll have the place to yourself. I hope you make it up.
I'll be posting a complete report on the website in the next few days with some pics, including some nice fish and a trophy caught by a local teenager. Feel free to drop a line for details.
