Watt Avenue access to open tomorrow

We heard the the Watt Avenue access is going to be open again.

I see where the Lower American River is coming down now from 10,000 cfs to 9,000.

Andy Guibord is going to be out tomorrow drifting from Watt Avenue down stream looking for Stripers.

The Watt Ave access was open yesterday evening. The river was really moving and the downstream island was still covered by water.
