Calaveras?

I noticed that the flows out of New Hogan are way down to 25 cfs. Has anyone checked it out? Fishable finally? That seems awfully low all of a sudden.

The Calaveras is closed until May 28th, read the regulations!

Besides not much public acces, lots of posion oak, and rattle snakes, and even more unfreindly land owners...
