but at 9'6" that would be too long for some of the competitions.

How about a 9' 7wt 3 pc Thomas and Thomas Vector. It is in very good condition, may have a few light scuffs, with original sock and after-market aluminum tube. It is a great rod, but I just don't use the odd line weights. Asking $300.
