Iron Canyon Reservoir

Can anybody give directions to get to the road that takes you nearest the "funnel"? I can't seem to find it. I'v got a 4WD 4runner.

I've got a pontoon and need to be relatively close to the water to get it launched. I've always launched at boat ramp at Hawkins and I don't feel like rowing all over the reservoir.
