Around 2004, I started painting poppers with vinyl lure paint. The fumes from that paint are really strong. It seemed like the fumes dissipated when stored on a drying rack, in my shed, but after placing these poppers in a closed box years after they were made, the fumes are back (albeit of lesser strength). I should add that a covering coat of Sally Hansens didn't change it much. :-& Vinyl paint has some great qualities to it (e.g. holds color, flexible, dries quickly, etc.). :|

I'm curious whether anyone else has used this type paint and what was done (short of throwing the poppers out) to eliminate the fumes :?: :?: Any recommendations for a better type of paint for making poppers :?:
