Marine Mechanic for 2003 Yamaha 60/40 Jet

Anyone know a good Marine Mechanic that does side work. Have a 2003 Yamaha 4 stroke 60/40 factory San Leandro jet that has a spun rod. Sutter Marine has priced me out of repair at there shop. Was looking to repair and put on my Lowe Roughneck but may just have to sell it. Any one know a good mechanic?

Bucks price is right around the same as Sutter Marine really need a mechanic that does side work for extra money outside of a shop. Think i am leaning toward selling it for parts or to someone who wants a project. Anyone out there need a jet pump?
