Alaska/Horizon just sent me a email regarding a sale on flights. From LAX to LAP (La Paz) $119.00 Oneway and then you would have to purchase a ticket from LAP to LAX which is the regular price. But you must read the fine print. I know they sell a limited number of seats at this price. So for those who jump right on it could get the deal. Looks like a deal.
