If you put that rod description up on Google you will get lots of feedback like comments on the Spey Pages message board.

Scandinavian usually means faster action.

The Echo 2 Spey rod series has been discontinued.

We like the new Echo TR series a lot.

I have the same rod. One tip is notably softer than the other, enough to influence line / head choice.. a nice option. Great rod.. and a steal at this price.

I had this rod and really liked it with the A tip and an afs 7/8 and with the B tip I was throwing a compact 540 skagit.
