I have not used him yet, but I've met him and he seems to be on the up and up. He's available any time during park hours every day of the week. He lives just around the corner and dose not need much heads up though any is appreciated.
So there's my first contribution to the board. If anyone needs an additional body to help with the float or introduce you the shuttle driver just let me know. Always down for a float.
