Steelhead are in the American river!!!!!! I will be teaching a fly tying class on January 25, next Tuesday. I will teach you how to make the articulated leech,( this is a chance for those of you who missed last weeks fun leech class) and the steelhead muddler. The muddler is a great fly for steelhead and big trout and is a great way of introducing students to spinning deer hair! The fee is $20 and will be held at Kiene's Fly Shop at 6:15 p.m.. You can reserve a spot by leaving a message on my cell: 916-849-1529, or email me at: guibord765@comcast.net , or call Kiene's.

Andy,
I have to send you some patterns I came up with. I'm thinking loops. Who the hell knows. Just keep me thinking which is something I rarely do but sometimes a thing comes into my beer addled brain. I love beer. Thank you lord for the beer.
