Please make the following release change to the American River.

Date: 11/23/10
Begin: 0100
From: 2,000 CFS
To: 3,000 CFS

Date: 11/23/10
Begin: 0200
From: 3,000 CFS
To: 3,800 CFS

Comment: SAFCA Flood Control Diagram - reservoir drawdown.

great news for all you swingers out there. Get them switches and spey out and wet a line. Watch out though, most spey casters are like a sow with cubs, dont come inline with them and there steel. LOL.

How long will it take for the fish(ing) to recover? Will Friday be worth fishing?
