The Pro would be the Professional series, which is a black blank with gold wraps and writing.

The TFO Pro series Spey are good rods that are now discontinued and sold for $299.00 new so these are a good buy.

The new TFO Deer Creek series was only about $50 more than the Pro so TFO has just discontinued them. Good rods......

It is the professional series, very good condition, almonst new cork. All rods (EXCEPT SAGE) fished almost never.
