Striper Seminar / Redding

If any of you happen to live up in the Redding area I will be giving a Striped Bass Seminar and tying demonstration to the Shasta Trinity Fly Casters Club this Wednesday in the Community Library. Tying will start around 6:15PM and the program will go till approximately 9:00PM.

You may be asking yourself's "why striper stuff in Redding?" Simple, their club is having it's annual Delta Fishout on the same weekend as the Striperfest Nov.6, 2010.

I went to Tony's presentation last night and was very impressed with his overall knowledge about stripers in California. He had some great hero pictures and some of him holding the smallest fly caught fish I've ever seen. He seemed like just a good old guy sharing and doing what he likes best. No arogance or elitism, I'd hire him to take me fishin.
