With the removal of Gold Ray Dam there is now no accurate count on mid-Rogue steelhead. Have heard some decent reports from guys floating from Shady Cove to Dodge Bridge. Starting today the water will go down 50 cfs/day from the current level of about 2,200 cfs to about 1,500. I have only been out twice. Nothing once and the other time fair hooked a bright salmon and lost a steelhead. Days are in low 80's and nights in mid-40's.
