Happy Labor Day! We went out yesterday and it was a little too windy for the fly rod, but I got this nice mahi and a couple of 40lb ahi with the TFO heavy Teaser rod. It is a four piece rod ideal for travel. I paired it up with a small avet reel and it worked well with some good sized fish. They also have a four piece spin rod that makes a good boat rod as well. Had fresh sashimi last night and mahi and eggs this morning for breakfast. I can't wait to get over to Montana in October and test out the new BVK model rods.
