This is a highly desirable rod that is no longer made by Winston. It is a 9' 3pc 3wt IM6 rod that is in excellent condition. Winston in their WT series does not make a 3 wt over 8' any longer. It has that sweet Winston action and allows for delicate presentations in order to hook the big one's all the while protecting your tippet. All sections are numbered and rod/tube/sock are original! The rod comes with some excellent Karma. Asking $325.00 + shipping. Would consider a trade for a Sage LL only!

Some of the best fly fishers I know use a 9' #3 for trout because they can use very fine tippet and catch big hot fish.

Top veteran fly fishers like Hal Janssen, Bob Giannoni, Chris Pasley and the late Dave Howard all use very light line fly rods for big trout with light tippets and small flies.
