A.R. Report 8/1

[Hatch]

Fished the A.R. Sunday morning from 5:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Fished with Matt Albers. Started off throwing top-water for the first 1/2 hour with no grabs. At 6:00 M.A. hooked and landed a nice 4 1/2 # scrapper on Rio 250 grn with a chartuse clouser. Worked our way down hill and found 8 more smallish stripers all on 250 and 300 grn using the same medium clouser in cartruse/white or strait chartruse. Found a good school of small ones but they kept moving and we were only able to get 2 out of the group. 9 fish to the boat - 1 double-and several other missed grabs. Not great but better than sleep'n in.
