The group just got back to the hotel and here's the HOT report. Lot's of roosters, no let's rephrase that lot's of GRANDE roosters. The photo's here are from Renee and Darian. Let me tell you Renee can handle just about any fish. She has many species under her belt, from AJ's to Wahoo. Today they both had a fantastic day. She lost two fish in the 60lb range that broke the line. Darian had his Int. Line break, two rod tips broken but who's crying they had around 10 roosters all over 20lbs the biggest being Renee's 50lb rooster
Others in the group had roosters around 30lbs, One other boat Ann & Eric had 3 marlin on and 1 sail fish, that probably scared the hell out of them. Bill, from Idaho landed a 30lb + roosters. You ain't going to find a trout with an attitude like that.
All in all a great way to end the trip. Needless to say, the first week of june 2011 is half booked already. Steve & Joan, Darian & Renee, Eric & Ann. Other weeks are also booked. Oh I forgot Ed and Tom plus they are booking October 2011 and possibly 2010.
My next group arrives tomorrow afternoon, this coming week should be good. Dorado, I'm sure there out there but with Grande Pez Gallo, A$$ kicking Toro's and Marlin/Sails to play with, nobody is missing the Dorado.
