size 24 all-metal dry fly

All these flies are over 24 inches, and made of metal only.....I was down at the maker faire in San Mateo this weekend and ran across these flies.

I wonder just how much floatant it would take to get those to ride nice and high in the water.... not to mention what size rod you would need to cast it??? Absolutely beautiful though, just curious as to what would it cost to have one of those?
