How mine days after the flows are up at 2600CFS dose it take for Shad to move up into the river ? What all has to happen for Shad to move in i guess is what am asking. Any help? please. Thank you.

Not to many hard and fast rules here. There're already Shad in the river. You just have to locate a school.

I always thought that Shad fishing improved around 3 days after a flow change happened. Not sure what the optimum water temps are but I've caught Shad during cold spring storms just like the one that happened today. Best rule is go fishin'.... :D :D
