Anyone ever fished the private stretch of Battle Creek?

I was thinking about giving the canyon stretch a go. I was wondering if it was worth it?

It's not worth what they're charging... $135.00 no lodging - no guide, all they do is give you a map and get you through the gate. I've heard it fishes very similar to the public access water on the Pit and McCloud along with other tributaries to the Sac that I wont mention.
