north fork feather ?

planning to fish on the north fork of the feather on 4-23,24...any thoughts on what sections i should hit ? is it too early to go up higher on caribou road ? or any need to ?

the sections of the river above the butte county line do not open until April 24th... there are fish to be caught in the butte county section though

Definately go above the power house at Caribou. If the plant is letting water out, turbines running make sure to fish that section of the lake on the way through.
