River Flow Levels

There was a thread quite some time ago where people posted some good sites for river flows. I know "dreamflows" and "USGS" were on there but so was another website that I can't seem to find/remember.

I thought it had 3 letters, like IRC or ERC, but I can't remember/find it and somehow I didn't save it to my favorites like the others.

Anyone have any ideas, it's the only site that listed a small creek I like to fish.

That's pretty funny, I was re-reading my original post and realized I have IRC (Internal Revenue Code) on the brain, probably not a good thing.
