Look at these first three phone/cameras.

The third one, Casio, is water resistant.

I was looking at the casio for some time, I think the camera is somewhere between 5 and 8 mp and it's waterproof. One sweet phone, but a little pricy for this state worker.

the casio gz1 is a great one. water tight and cheap. only 2.0 mp though.
