These guys are nothing but a bunch of filthy poachers. i hope that CDFG gets a hold of this video and nails their butts. This is the kind of stuff that I get, well not very nice about.
It goes to show just how uneducated so many people are in basic practices and just how much work we have still to go in order to get a real win for wild steelhead.
