My staff tease me about this because I ask many people this question daily.

I went to Christian Brother High School and then to Bishop Armstrong High School, both in Sacramento, California.

I have to go along with Gene about the original being on the corner of Arden and Howe. My dad and I spent a lot of time in there. I think that's where we used to pick up our shad darts before I started tying.

Here's another one I can't remember the name of. On the corner of Arden and ? Morse there was another sporting goods store. It faced Arden. ? Maybe Arden Sports Unlimited?

Lived behind Arden Fair, hung out at the Saving Center on Howe and Arden, used to play in the fields that are now Cal Expo, and swam in the American at Paradise beach. Used to hang ropes for tree swings right across from Paradise, kept getting cut down. We got smart and hung a chain and they cut down the limb! Oh well, good times.

As you know they were originaly at Folsom and Zinfandel(where Wal Mart is) then moved to Folsom and Coloma(near Raleys) around 86. You must have taken the GED because later you went to college for a fisheries degree?

__________________________________________________ _____________________

I think I have ADD, which was diagnosed as merely being 'dumb/slow' in the 1950s so I barely made it out of HS.

Then went too many years at Sacramento City College, which was like an extension of HS.

Got an AA degree and moved to Sacramento State College for a while studying to be a fisheries biologist but gave up and went full time into the fishing tackle business.

With a wife and kids needed to work full time.
