Zero for three now for AR steel. At least I hooked up the first two trips. This last trip, though, I did manage to have a diving/swimming duck get hooked then tail (uh, wing?) walk upstream for 50 feet before throwing the hook.

The tug felt GREAT until it broke water and took wing! :)

I will be floating the river and almost always have room for another if you want to hook up on a Fri or Sat.

LOL Shig, that's great.... I remember hooking a beaver once on the truckee.... I think the fly was just caught in his fur as it pulled after about 10 seconds but I don't think I could've stopped his run....haha
