Echo Dec Hogan 13'0" #7 Spey Rod
Ross CLA-6 Large Arbor Fly Reel (black)
Airflo Compact Skagit Head 540 grains
Airflo Compact Scandi Head 480 grains
Rio Floating tip #8
Airflo Poly Leader Clear Floating 14'
Rio Sink tip 15' Type 6 7 weight
Airflo Ridge Floating Running Line 30lb Orange
Dacron Backing to fill

This stuff would cost you over $1000 new. I bought it just a few months back intending to learn spey casting and go steelhead fishing. Having failed miserably at the former I am unlikely to do the latter, so you can get this "almost new" package for a steal.... $499 FIRM.

Let me know if you want to come see it in San Francisco.

I am surprised there is no interest in this stuff. It's not top of the line, but it's very good stuff in great condition.

You might find that you will sell all the items more quickly if you sell them separately. Even though it is a killer deal, it is only a killer deal for someone who wants that exact package. Like some others who replied or commented on your post, I would be interested in one item, the rod, but I have all the reels and lines I need.

The lines will sell easily on washingtonflyfishers and probably all the other items too. You may be able to ask for more money for each individual item and recoup more of your initial investment.

You should take the hint when no one jumps on your deal. I have found that when selling items on message boards, if I don't get a response the first day, I have to drop the price or change the deal. Over the last month I have sold a lot of the gear that I was not using and selling individual items always worked best.

Food for thought, I hope. Good luck, I know it is frustrating to have a weak response to this really nice equipment you have for sale.
