SOLD - Brand new, never fished, never had a reel on it, Sage 1291-4 Xi2 9' 12 wt (no fore grip). Includes all original packaging, rod sock, Sage aluminum rod tube, and blank warranty card. I bought it as a gift for my son for a trip that isn't going to happen anytime soon and I already have one of my own.

Great rod for tuna, dorado, sails, striped marlin, yellowtail, pargo, and large tarpon. Perfect if you have a Loreto or LaPaz trip coming up. Cast crease flies, billfish flies, and sardina and mackeral imitations all day long without feeling whipped.

This is a good time to buy a high end ($700+) rod that you normally would not.
