Saw this on the TIF blog. Never having caught a bonefish, I watched this a few times to live it vicariously. Crazy!

Aloha, there are bonefish and then there are big bonefish. Having caught a few over 10lbs, I would take the big bones any day. That was a cool video, every fly guy should get at least one bonefish, Mems.

I think I have been on around 30 week long tropical saltwater trips in my life time where we fished for Bonefish most or part of the time.

I fished Christmas Island in the Central Pacific below Hawaii 13 week long trips starting in mid-80s when it was unreal.

Wading I was once "spooled" by a very large Bonefish at Christmas Island.

Fly fishing for Bonefish is the most life freshwater fishing you can do in the saltwater tropics.

Everyone needs to go for Bonefish.......

PS: Exotic travel is one of the perks of being in the fly fishing business.
