Hi Fly Guys and Fly Gals! I will be posting some photos on a regular basis in a series called "At the Edge of a River". There will be photos of all kinds of things found around or in a river or at the very edge of one. Hope you enjoy the photos!
All the best,
Jeannie

Thanks Jay for asking!
I am using both Film and Digital cameras. I use a Canon Eos Elan 7NE with a 75 to 300mm lens and a Canon Power Shot SX100 IS with 10 X Optical Zoom 8.0 mega pixels and for Christmas I got a Canon Power Shot SX20 IS with 20X Optical Zoom with 12.1 mega pixels and Image Stabilizer. I am looking forward to trying out the new Canon soon!
Here are some shots from the Delta of a Night Heron, A Grey Heron and Cormorants.
Enjoy!

Here's a bright spot along the American River at Watt Ave. On a cloudy day the tree really was especially bright! Enjoy!
