Maybe it was the residual radiation?
There was a guy fishing Rancho Seco this weekend with a fly setup, doing quite well. I think he has a fish in the "points".
At any rate, asked what he was using, he said "worm". Rubber/power worm! Seemed like there was a big bushy attractor streamer upline, but the trailer was the worm. Of the many fish I saw him land, it seemed like all of them were on what was behind.
Had to chuckle...
