You can fish the Delta all winter for Stripers.

You can fish all winter for Steelhead on the coastal rivers and the Lower American
River.

You can fish Pyramid Lake out of Reno, NV all winter.

You can fish Eagle Lake from now till it closes on December 31.

Baum Lake is a good winter fishery.

They stock a lot of local pond with trout in the winter, like Rancho Seco.

Some will go to New Zealand, Argentina or Chili for their trout season.

We're actually paying less for 15 days this year than we did for 12 days last year - conditions in Winter are always a crapshoot , but there's some very interesting surf fishing to be had ......

Baum Lake is a good winter fishery.

I'm headed to Baum November 13th through 15th. I hope the weeds have died down by then, they were brutal when I was up there Labor Day weekend.

Gonna need lots of itty bitty midges, I think!
