Radical Caddis

For whatever reason this fly has popped up all over some other boards I visit. I remember bumping into it like 4 years ago and I tied some up and couldn't catch a cold with them but people seem to be blowing fish out the water with them on the Sac and even the American.

A pretty creative fly designed by Rick Fox, maybe my first go wasn't good enough but I tried to tie this one like some of the pics I've seen.

Maybe one day I'll find the time to tie at the shop and show some tricks, tips and patterns I think are fairly unique. Size 16 2488 hook btw.

That looks pretty good to me, JG.
Don't know if you've tried John Barr's graphic caddis. I had some good results with it out here this summer. Don't see why it wouldn't work well on the AR.
