Hit it up for the first time EVER. It's off the bucket list, but it'll be on the "go-to" list from now on. Now I know why people dig this place!

I'm still bummed that my two biggest wriggled free before getting decent shots of them. I guess big fish don't like the one hand grab. Oh well... It'll keep me coming back.
Also learned that fine wire hooks on planter-catching flies just don't cut it with these brutes. Would have caught at LEAST twice as many and way more big fish if not for weak hooking power and bent wire. GRRR!
It was fun watching the fish tail and sip emergers. Never seen so much of it going on before.
Next time I'm going to have to take a play from Gene's book and camp out. Way too much fun for a quickie half-day trip.
BTW, I take back all the bad things I've said about Force Fins in the past. These saved my ASS in the wind today. I think I would've locked up in a crampy ball of mess fighting the blow with my big scubas. I'll keep those on hand for calm days only!
