I have a 10.5' Scadden pontoon boat for sale. It's the Skyhomish Sunrise model with the H2 bladderless system. It includes the entire rowing frame, bronze oar locks, rear deck, anchor system, anchor, oars with oar stops, two side compartments, upgraded seat system, standing platform, lean bar with stripping basket attached, and a few other accessories.
