Until today I'd never fished Lake Solano, even though I only live a little over an hour away. I fished streamers and nymphs for 5 hours and landed one nice sized fish on an olive bugger. No other strikes, and saw no fish rising. The campground host said Solano hasn't been stocked in over a year. The water was 57 degrees.
