Well after the trip to the Provo and fishing with Jon Malovich of Hardy its time to liquidate existing inventory and get a new Hardy Swift 6wt and and a bamboo 4weight. In other words the wife said no way are you spending $2000.00 for a fly rod. So heres the first item.


The reel works absolutely great, and has been one of my regular 5 and 6 wt reel for a long time the reel has some blemishes on the rim and spool and actually look much worse in the photo due to the shiny finish,and since I'm not a photographer oh well. The only reason I'm selling is to start the saving for two new rods, and my wifes new computer that she gets if I get new rodsand reels. There are two noticible spots about 1/4" long each and some "speckling here and there. I've never been one to set my hat on the ground while string up my rod or while stopping for what ever and that's where the speckling came from most likely. If you look closely you can see the shine vs the finish defect.
