Dave Scadden Madison River H2 9 Pontoon Boat - SOLD!
This boat was purchased in '06 but is in as new condition - it has been in my garage and has never been in the water.
Features:
9, red, welded bladderless technology pontoons - 450 lbs capacity (transferable lifetime warranty)
Orange X5 frame
Black standing platform
Bright aluminum rear deck
Oar locks
Aluminum oars (upgrade)
Two large side bags/stripping baskets
Extras:
Anchor and anchor rope
Double acting hand pump
Outcast seatback saddle bag
Stand and cast safely via the standing platform and lean bar that slide and swing up into place when you want to stand, and retract when you want to sit. The system is very easy to use.
I spoke with Dave Scadden directly about this boat prior to purchasing to understand its capabilities, and in particular, it's ability to be anchored in moving water. While Dave recommended not heavily loading the rear deck when attempting to anchor in fast water, he said that they routinely anchor in walking speed water without any problems at all.
This is a great pontoon boat for rivers or lakes.
