Actually, you can fish all year round if you like, but right now it is just better catching.
I just enjoy getting out but knowing that the Upper Sacramento River is very good right now just makes me crazy.
Lots of trout lakes and streams are good now.
Many California trout fisheries are good and so are lots in Oregon and Nevada.
Try to get out there soon.........
