After being sold to Smithrock River Boats 2 years ago, the company has finally gone under. It looks like they just couldn't sell enough boats to make it. Too bad, since they seemed to have a nice product.

These economic times will be a serious test for these boatmakers. Look what has already happened to Northriver a few months ago.
