I just got off the phone with Bob Grace, owner of the Ted Fay Fly Shop in Dunsmuir, CA.
Bob said that the river is still a little higher than summer flows but the fish are taking flies well. Probably be down in a week?
Call Bob or look at his Stream Report on his web site and then get up there.

I would get up to Dunsmuir in June if you want to see some of the finest stream fly fishing we have in Nor Cal.
I had a cabin there for over 10 years and always felt that June was the time for the best results.
Get a good guide for one day if you wan to really have a good chance to see the Upper Sac in action.
