Lake Almanor - Hex-A-Rama

On June 13th, we will be having the first ever Hex-A-Rama event. The event will be held at Lake Almanor Fly Fishing Company, located in downtown Chester, Ca.

This is a great opprotunity to learn from the guys that fish Lake Almanor, not only just for the "Hex", but year around.

Come meet Tom, his staff, many local favorites and myself. We will be sharing fly patterns, along with many other technical information.

Sounds like a great event Lincoln.

I hope to get up to Lake Almanor with you to float tube for the big trout eating the giant Hex mayflies.

What is the time period for that wonderful mayfly hatch?

The prime time is June 17th-July 10th. This event will be very informal. Very similiar to your expo. There will be local experts tying Hex's and just talking about fly fishing Lake Almanor. It should be a great time.
