Pyramid Info Needed

I am planning on heading up to Pyramid tomorrow afternoon, and fishing for a day or so. Has anyone been there in the past couple days? Any information on flies would be awesome. Really want to know if it is worth it to head up. Also planning on hitting the LT, so any info on that would be great as well.
