Mammoth Mountain Ski Area sponsors a "Wounded Warriors" ski trip every spring. The wonderful volunteers from the mountain's Disabled Sports of the Eastern Sierra host the event. http://www.disabledsportseasternsierra.org/index.html

June 3rd a few of us local guides are taking these fine men and women fishing on Crowley Lake!! I'm looking forward to it.

Awesome thread. There is so much we can be doing to help those who have suffered for our freedom and the freedom of others. I'm currently still on active duty at Travis and trying to get a Project Healing Waters chapter started in our area. I know it's going to take some time and work to get it going, but it is something that I feel we could use in this area. This is a outstanding video on some of the things they are doing. God Bless ALL of our Vetrans of All conflicts!
