Took the jon boat out for a couple hours this afternoon between Sunrise and Rossmoore. Found fish in most of the deep holes and a red hot steelhead thet went about 23" that kicked my but. All on San Diego Bruces " too sexy" shad fly on t14.

Fish are moving up!

Hey Charlie,

Thanks for the report. That is great news because I would rather fish the upper river where it is more spread out. Bruce's fly has been the hands down top producer. I got 11 shad last night. I might have gotten more but Andy was testing out his motor and picked me up to fish the hole we were at last Friday night. It was ok there but it was hotter at the orginal spot. Hope to see you out on the water!
